TMC Communications Promotes Two Senior Staff Members

TMC Communications said it has promoted of two key staff members, Sarah Graham Linares and Jessica Brown.

Linares was named vice president of product development and revenue assurance. She will take on a more strategic role, driving the development and rollout of new industry products for TMCs 300-plus agent partners to sell, the company said. Linares also leads the team responsible for TMCs 99 percent invoice accuracy. She joined the company in 2003 as director of revenue assurance where she managed TMCs relationships with its underlying carriers and negotiated competitive pricing for its agents.

Brown has been promoted as a sales engineering manager and will support TMC customers and agents during both the pre-sale and post-sale order processes. She joined TMC in 2004 as provisioning manager, a role in which she coordinated all new dedicated customer orders post-sale and managed TMCs high-profile and technical accounts. Brown will maintain these duties in her new position.
