Unified communications provider Applied Voice & Speech Technologies Inc. (AVST) has signed a global distribution agreement with Westcon Group.
AVST will be participating in Westcon Groups OneVoice and ConvergencePoint programs and Westcon resellers now have access to AVSTs unified communications offerings including its flagship product, CallXpress.
The CallXpress platform delivers call processing, voice messaging, unified messaging and advanced speech applications to SMBs. The latest version of CallXpress provides IT managers with a choice of four unified messaging architectures, including server-based, client-based, secure and simplified architectures that can be mixed and matched depending on the requirement.
AVST also recently introduced its enhanced line of pre-packaged solutions for the SMB marketplace labeled CallXpress Speed Bundles. The speed bundles scale from four to 16 IP channels or ports and are designed and configured to interoperate with all of the leading brands of IP-PBXs and PBXs.
