CTI Group Holdings Inc. (Booth 421), an international provider of electronic invoice management and telephony applications, announced the launch of a channel partner plan that provides incentive and rebate programs along with marketing, sales and customer support for partners that sell its VoIP service.
The benefits and support that come with the plan are available to service providers and resellers that provide VoIP and traditional call traffic analysis through Proteus; hosted voice call traffic analysis through emPulse; traditional VoIP and call recording through SmartRecord; hosted VoIP call recording through SmartRecord IP; and bill analysis through EIM Solutions.
The incentives available to resellers and service providers are based on volume of minutes sold to provide added rewards for sales success. The rebate package takes into consideration that demand for these features may be higher than the original estimated demand, and if so, the company offers a rebate based on the increased sales level.
