AireSpring Inc. (Booth 107-109), a Channel Partners Conference & Expo sponsor, announced that it has added instant and multilocation quoting to its QuoteSpring application.
Version 3.0 of the program enables AireSprings indirect channel partners to input a customer location and the desired products and receive pricing (in one-, two- and three-year terms) and availability across AireSprings carrier suppliers.
Within minutes it will pull pricing from 10 different providers and display it, said Daniel Lonstein, AireSpring COO. Then [the partner] can generate a proposal for the customer. He chooses the rates he wants to display based on the commissions he wants to earn.
The proposal is e-mailed to the agent or directly to the customer.
The system also has the ability to generate multilocation quotes. We have done quotes for over 300 locations, Lonstein said. The agent can send us a spreadsheet to upload and it will automatically run. It will generate a combined consolidated proposal for all 300 locations.
In the past, quotes were delivered manually by a quoting group. To enable the instant quotes, Lonstein said AireSpring built APIs to a majority of its carrier suppliers and workarounds its own databases for the others. Instead of having to go into five carriers systems, they can do one quote with us, he said.
