ShoreTel Inc. on Monday introduced a new partner program to include companies whose products complement its own — IP phone systems, contact center services and more.
The program provides customers with additional hardware and software options that enhance their communications infrastructure.
ShoreTel customers can use the program to find and utilize the open interfaces of the ShoreTel system with partner-provided platforms across thecompany, and integrate them into their communications infrastructure.
Membership into the program requires all companies pass ShoreTel’s interoperability certification testing in ShoreTel’s test lab, the company said. Partners also are required to provide integration documentation that makes it easy for customers to leverage these solutions in their networks.
Partners participating in theprogram will be listed on ShoreTel’s online partner product catalog, can use ShoreTels technology partner logo in the marketplace, and will receive collateral opportunities and interface briefings on changes to maintain compatibility and interoperability. Partners also will be invited to join ShoreTel’s Channel Partner Summit, market with ShoreTel at industry leading events and host product information Webinars for ShoreTel resellers.
