ShoreTel Inc. has unveiled its Managed Services Program, which lets organizations cover the costs of their telecommunications services through monthly payments.
The ShoreTel Managed Services Program requires no down payment and customers can finance a combination of items including equipment, installation, maintenance, software, network assessment, training and support, the company said. These costs are fixed for up to 10 years, the company said, regardless of any increases in equipment or services costs.
Customers can select a three- or five-year initial term with a fixed monthly fee based on their specific configuration and services needs. When the initial term expires, the customer can renew for a one-, three- or five-year term at a rate of 50 percent of the initial term’s cost or uninstall the system.
ShoreTel also lets program participants tailor the elements that make up package, such as length of the agreement and the inclusion of optional services.
The program is available with its unified communications platforms.
