ShoreTel Inc. has added two applications NetSuite Integration Application and Cost Recovery Integration.
NetSuite Integration automatically links incoming calls to existing customer records and sends new customers to a new record creation screen. Users can attach call notes to customer records, which are accessible from anywhere at anytime by others in the business.
The Cost Recovery Integration lets SMBs combine their ShoreTel IP telephony system and account code tracking application to mark telephone activities for reimbursement, the company said. The product is designed to work with cost-recovery databases Copitrak and Equitrac. It imports up-to-date client material and single account billing codes and annotates call records with the appropriate codes.
The NetSuite Integration is $165 per client seat and the Cost Recovery Integration is $225 per seat. Both applications are available in the United States through ShoreTel resellers.
