Intelligence Inc. has released its software as a service (SaaS) for contact centers and enterprises.
The products are sold through the companys channel of more than 250 VARs.
The contact center version includes applications such as IVR, ACD, outbound and predictive dialing, quality monitoring and multimedia recording, disaster recovery and workforce management.
The SaaS for the enterprise comes with on-demand automated outbound telephone notification services called icNotify. Interactive Intelligence plans to expand these services this year to include multiparty audio conferencing, disaster recovery, auto-attendant, unified messaging and more.
Both editions support SIP-based VoIP, traditional TDM and hybrid switching. They also can be used on- or off-site.
