Unified communications developer Pandora Networks has raised $6 million in financing through the D.E. Shaw Group.
Pandora said on Wednesday it will use its first round of venture capital to expand network technology and data center, hire operations personnel, bolster support for its channel partners and increase marketing efforts.
“Having developed a steady and solid sales pipeline, we’re ready to put the pieces in place to support our growing customer base, said Hal Turner, executive chairman of Pandora.
