Internet telephone service provider VoIP Your Life LLC said it has chosen DCA Services Inc. to provide customer support center services for its customers.
Oklahoma City-based DCAs in-house customer support center is part of the outsourced back-office and convergent billing services it provides to telecommunications carriers, resellers, agents and other service providers.
DCA said more than 90 percent of calls are handled in real time with minimal customer hold times. The facility is equipped with Web-based, customer-specific scripting which enables DCA to immediately answer a callers questions according to an individual clients preferences. Activity monitors, reader boards and daily reporting help management to monitor call center activities and formulate strategies for improved customer service, the company said.
