Arantech announced at CTIA Wireless 2007 this week that Alltel Wireless is the first mobile operator to deploy the Ireland-based companys touchpoint customer experience management (CEM) software in a U.S. wireless network.
The Arantech platform provides Alltel with enhanced insight into the service quality of each subscriber, enabling the company to quickly identify, resolve, prevent and analyze service issues.
Arantech touchpoint measures individual customer transactions in real time and builds a portrait for each customer. The product can measure how an individual customer or corporation experiences a mobile operator’s wireless services in any location from any network, protocol or device. It proactively identifies customer experience gaps in service usage, provisioning and billing. By helping to close these gaps, touchpoint can significantly increase revenue and improve service quality, according to Arantech.
touchpoint is deployed in 15 mobile networks in Europe and Asia.
