Sandler Partners Closes Multiple Deals With CallTower

CallTower Inc. (Booth 506), a provider of hosted communications and collaboration solutions for businesses, announced the companys ongoing partnership with Sandler Partners has yielded three separate revenue-generating business deals in 2006.

Sandler Partners is part of the CallTower Partner Power Program, which offers recurring revenue, sales support, integration and customer care for delivery of hosted voice and data services and applications, including the Microsoft Live Communications Server with the Cisco CallManager.

Based in Manhattan Beach, Calif., Sandler Partners is a consulting firm that helps businesses manage telecommunications. The firms international team supports multilocation carrier solutions on behalf of domestic and international clients.

Our first attempts at hosted voice went awry because the providers network was unreliable and it created such headaches for our customers and us. As a result of using CallTower services, Sandler reports its customers have increased their communications and collaboration productivity 25 percent, and have achieved a 30 percent reduction in local, long-distance and conferencing telephony costs.

Sandler customers using the CallTower service include La Agencia de Orcí, a Latinoowned and managed agency; Open Advantage/MRI, which offers MRI services to doctors and patients; and Chrysalis Group Plc., a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization. CallTower was instrumental in helping Chrysalis obtain both a California Telecommunications Fund grant as well as a Cisco PGP technology grant, which enabled Chrysalis to obtain a communications solution at a 50 percent cost reduction and receive all its equipment at no cost from Cisco.
