Pandora Networks (Booth 502), a provider of hosted unified communications services for business, has restructured its partner program by automating the process in which channel partners will conduct day-to-day business. With the introduction of its new online Partner Portal, Pandora is enabling partners to increase their productivity while providing real-time data and support. Pandora said this will allow it to drive sales of its flagship Worksmart product through its channel partners with more efficiency.
The Worksmart Partner Program has been designed to meet the business needs of partners and provides tailored support for three types of partners – referral partners, agent partners and reseller partners. At the heart of the program is a partner portal designed to support all activities, including lead delivery, trial service setup, customer account provisioning, quote generation, support case tracking, automated billing, real-time reporting and documentation.
“As we look to our partners to further drive sales of Worksmart, it’s essential they have the tools they need to be successful, whether they are a single agent or a large distribution partner,” said Walter Snell, CEO of Pandora Networks. “The Worksmart Partner Program provides support and enables them to share in our business model to enhance their revenue and customer service.”
In addition to the new Web portal, all partners have access to comprehensive training and certification programs: Worksmart Web-based training tools allow for quick and easy education of all customers as well as partners, eliminating the need for travel or deployment delays and reducing the need for on-site training, the company said.
The Worksmart Partner Program also provides marketing support, including templates for newsletters, case studies, news releases as well as banner advertisements, buttons and ad slicks.
Pandora’s product portfolio also includes the iQ Voice Management Suite, Pandora’s nationwide converged network of VoIP and data services to the customer premise.
