MetTel Inc. (Booth 325) recently named Anthony Arote as director of agent sales. His responsibility includes all sales and administrative matters for MetTels channel partners.
Arote will be avalible to meet channel partners during the Channel Partners Conference and Expo at MetTels booth.
Arote has more than 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience in the telecommunications industry. In addition to holding direct sales, sales management and industry market management positions, he was instrumental in building the NYNEX – NY sales agent channel, MetTel said.
He has held director-level sales and marketing positions at NYNEX, AT&T and ACC Telecommunications and was U.S. president of Telrad Connegy, an Israeli manufacturer of PBX and key systems. At Telrad, Arote had full fiscal and operations responsibility including all sales, marketing, warehousing and distribution functions for an international network of dealers in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
