BullsEye Adds Mobility Management

BullsEye Telecom (Booth 422) announced it is taking its Corporate Advantage multilocation voice and data management suite to a new level with the addition of cellular billing and management.

The new Mobile Advantage service is available to any Corporate Advantage customer with a minimum of 500 wireless devices. Corporate Advantage, BullsEyes flagship product, combines broadband with local toll and long-distance services to serve multilocation companies.

The new service allows clients to manage every aspect of their cellular services, from buying new phones and managing contracts to rate-plan optimization, device inventory and one-stop help desk. The service includes leading cellular, paging, broadband, mobile calling card and packet data service providers.

BullsEye develops a company-specific catalog of devices and rate plans for each customer. It facilitates procurement of phones and plans by customer employees.

The service also includes MobileSupport help desk for end-user questions and trouble reporting. If the issue is unresolved on the first call, BullsEye keeps customers informed on the status while coordinating the efforts of carrier technicians, software specialists and data vendors until the ticket is closed.

Mobile Advantages automated process electronically imports and reconciles bills to ensure rate compliance against contracts and provides invoice reporting in a common, consistent format, easing comparison of usage and charges across mobile service providers by employee, service, provider and more.

To ensure a business mobile plans remain in line with the latest offerings, a rate-plan optimization tool collects data on each employees usage, develops a profile and compares it to a database of more than 35,000 rate plans with all major providers. This ensures employees are on the most economical plans for their usage patterns and needs.

There is a $5,000 initial nonrecurring charge to set up the Mobile Advantage service plus a $5 to $10 monthly recurring charge per device, which varies depending on number of devices.

The company declined to reveal commission structures for the Mobile Advantage product, but said it would be rolling out extremely lucrative incentives at this weeks Channel Partners Conference & Expo.
