McGraw Touts Growing Profit-Sharing Program, Offers Reward

McGraw Communications (Booths 225-227) has reported its Profit Sharing Program (PSP) picked up momentum during 2006 with many committed partners on board. PSP is designed to help qualified partners gain equity in their customer bases and share in a larger portion of profits, the company said. McGraw said its PSP partner compensation and value is greater than that of standard agency agreements (see chart from McGraw to the right).

The resources and tools designed for PSP are evolving along with the program itself. McGraw has created a dedicated PSP portal, which allows partners to get approved pricing quotes, generate proposals, determine profit margin, quote multiservices and multilocations under a single account, and access the 24/7 OSS/BSS tool. In addition, McGraw has a dedicated staff of service coordinators to provide back-office support to PSP partners.

McGraw also announced it is offering an exciting program for those PSP partners achieving sales excellence in 2007. Any PSP partner selling $60,000 in new business between March 2007 and Aug. 31, 2007, wins a trip for two to the Ritz Carlton in Grand Cayman.
