Third-party verification services provider VoiceLog LLC, a division of BSG Clearing Solutions, and First Marketing launched e-Kit, a program designed to let service providers, competitive utility companies and other marketers communicate with new customers immediately following third-party verification.
After VoiceLog notifies First Marketing that a new subscribers third-party verification is valid, First Marketing will e-mail the customer a welcome kit with details for using the new service, the companies said.
The e-Kit tracks e-mail communications, verifies customer e-mail addresses, confirms if the e-mail was opened and identifies portions of the e-mail with high readership. Full reporting also is included.
Typically, when a customer signs up for new service, a paper-based welcome kit goes out seven to 10 days after the service order, oftentimes creating the perception that service hasnt yet been switched, said David Goldstone, managing director of First Marketings Voice Video and Data division. By partnering with VoiceLog, we can now provide an online welcome kit to customers within minutes instead of days, which will obviously help service providers reduce the number of new customers with buyers remorse.
The program is integrated with VoiceLogs current operating system and can be deployed within days of notifying either company, said VoiceLog.
