Qwest Communications International Inc. announced Qwest Control, a Web-based self-service and management tool, now is available to wholesale customers.
The tool aims to help wholesale customers better manage their voice and data services with Qwest. Qwest Control allows wholesale customers to generate detailed service summary reports and access important network information on a daily basis.
The service also allows customers to submit repair tickets online, manage user access and receive automatic notification of network issues for their toll-free, hosting and data services such as frame relay and ATM.
