Qwest Communications International Inc. said Thursday its Web-based self-service management tool Qwest Control is now available to wholesale customers.
The tool allows wholesale customers to generate service summary reports and access network information on a daily basis. Customers who previously had access to Remote Control, another Web-based self-service and management tool, will have access to both applications.
Qwest Control allows customers to submit repair tickets online, manage user access and receive automatic notification of network issues for their toll-free, hosting and data services such as frame relay and ATM. The company also recently launched management tools in Qwest Control for wholesale customers who have implemented Qwest iQ Networking services.
