Intelliverse Enhances VoIP Service With Testing and Monitoring

Intelliverse announced the improved quality and reliability of its VoIP services with the implementation of a new testing and monitoring system.

This new software-based solution has various features that will increase Intelliverses overall customer satisfaction and consistency of quality. It will allow users to simulate a VoIP call from their current location and test the quality of the call with an MOS score.

Intelliverses sign-up screens also are equipped with this software so subscribers know whether their network is optimal before signing up for a VoIP service.
