Carmel Solutions Inc. has released Revision 4.4 of TELEPRO, its suite of turnkey solution software, with enhancements in serialized inventory tracking, wireless reseller call rating and invoicing, carrier settlement, customer care call tracking, and direct switch interfaces.
The TELEPRO suite of software products features a range of functionality, including order entry and equipment sales, call rating, invoicing and invoice delivery, credit and collections management, customer care and retention, and cash processing and accounting. TELEPRO is used in-house by Carmel Solutions in its two nationwide service centers, as well as by clients who purchase the software and utilize it in their own back offices.
