IPcelerate Inc. has launched its Impact Academy, a training program designed to teach impact selling to sales representatives at top partners.
The academy focuses on enabling participants to uncover key business needs of their customers, and then utilize VoIP applications to address those needs, the company said. IPcelerate recently completed an Impact Academy with Enventis, a Premier Partner.
Impact Academy is a one-day, on-site program provided by IPcelerate’s senior executive management.
Impact selling allows customers to better understand how VoIP solutions can affect their businesses, resulting in improved customer service, increased safety and security, enhanced communication, and streamlined employee training, IPcelerate said.
“Our sales force found the Impact Academy very valuable as it covered the theory of impact selling and how to successfully connect with our customers,” stated Darren Olson, vice president of operations at Enventis. “This training substantially increased our ability to have meaningful conversations about the business impact of VoIP solutions with our customers, which I expect will translate into higher revenue opportunities during the sales process.”
