Telcordia Launches Service Management Platform

Telcordia has launched the Telcordia Service Management Suite, a platform that enables mobile operators to identify and fix network problems that result in failed services.

The company said it will use the product to proactively improve the customer experience by identifying potential issues as they develop and before they impact the customer.

Telcordia said the Service Management Suite strives to monitor, improve and assure QoS in service experience, customer experience, device intelligence and business intelligence.

The Telcordia Service Management Suite consists of the newly launched Device Director, a service assurance platform that analyzes and reports device usage, configuration and performance.
