Daycom Systems Inc. announced today it has been named a Platinum BusinessPartner by Avaya Inc., a global provider of communications networks and services for businesses.
The Platinum certification, the highest Avaya offers, indicates Daycom has met a series of criteria to ensure superior technical competency and to deliver best-in-class customer service and support as measured by an independent survey organization.
Daycom has received honors from Avaya, including a 3 Star Service certification, Level 3 Service Assessment certification, and individual certifications in IP Telephony Implementation, IP Telephony Maintenance, Messaging and Call Center certification, as well as certifications with Microsoft, Extreme and Juniper networking infrastructure.
