Master agency Global Systems Telecom (GST) has added Reignmaker Communications REIGN-FREE hosted PBX service to its list of products for channel partners to sell.

GST will sell Reignmaker, which has been on the market since 2004, to business customers with anywhere from five to 200 employees per site. We have customers of all sizes within this range, but our typical customer seems to be around 20 to 30 employees right now per location, said Bill Casey, vice president of marketing for Reignmaker.
Agents are paid based on sales volume. They get a percentage of upfront costs as well as a monthly residual payment ranging 10 percent to 18 percent of the total monthly recurring revenue, Casey said. We also have bonus plans built in especially for our master agents and high-performing independent agents, he added. Since our average customer adds 1.7 users/seats per month, the agent’s payment goes up over the lifetime of the customer since the customer’s monthly recurring commission increases over time all with little to no additional work from the agent.
Reignmaker employs teams that help train and support the companys agents. Some of the assistance they provide includes doing demonstrations, building proposals and taking part in sales calls.
Our business model is completely focused on the indirect/agent channel, Casey said.
