Billing Services Group Ltd. said Friday Roland Bopp is resigning as CEO and as a director of the company.
BSG has named Randall Brouckman his successor. The move is effective immediately.
Bopp was named CEO in March and began work in April. At the time, BSG said the move was a response to the companys recent growth and made to manage BSGs international development.
Bopp said since he began work at BSG the company has established stability and he feels it is the right time to step down and seek a new challenge.
Brouckman was BSGs COO and has been with the company since 2004. In addition to his duties as CEO, he will continue with his day-to-day operational responsibilities.
“Rolands involvement with BSG has been brief, but on behalf of the board, I would like to thank him for his considerable impact during a challenging time for the company and wish him well in his further activities, said Patrick Heneghan, chairman of BSG. I know that we have a more than capable successor in Randall Brouckman, and I am delighted to welcome him as the companys CEO.
