On-Demand Engineering Services include fully managed ordering; engineering and provisioning services such as outsourced order management, validation of contracted services and pricing; order processing for new service installation, modification or disconnect; recommendations for process improvements; customer relationship management; and presales support services.
Verteks On-Demand Engineering Services allow service providers to use internal resources and personnel, or outsource entirely. In either case, Vertek lets its customers pay as they grow. Providers can use Verteks order management system or work with their in-house systems, or a combination of both.
