Catalyst Telecom Helps Avaya Providers Increase Revenue

Catalyst Telecom, a sales unit of ScanSource Inc., has created the Catalyst Accelerator Program (CAP), a comprehensive one-day program designed for solutions providers interested in delivering communications solutions to end users.

As Avayas largest distributor, Catalyst Telecom created CAP to help solutions providers become more knowledgeable in selling Avayas Small and Medium Business Solutions (SMBS) communications applications.

With CAP, solutions providers will learn the benefits of adding Avayas SMBS communications platform to their product offerings. Solutions providers will also learn about the services Catalyst Telecom can offer their businesses, such as e-commerce solutions, customized marketing tools, and in-depth training and boot-camp opportunities. In addition, attendees who become authorized to sell Avayas solutions will receive additional benefits, such as discounts on demo equipment, and will be eligible for a credit line with Catalyst Telecom.

The first round of the free CAP program will be held in the following Florida cities: Tampa, West Palm Beach and Jacksonville. It will be available in other areas throughout the United States in the near future.
