VoX Communications Corp., eLEC Communications Corp.’s wholesale and retail provider of VoIP services nationwide, announced a master agent agreement with DTNet Technologies, a distributor of broadband, wireless and VoIP products. DTNet Technologies will market VoX’s hosted digital voice platform to its customer base, which includes National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) member companies. The solution will help providers, many of whom are existing DTNet clients, better attract and retain customers with an affordable digital telephone offering, the companies said.
VoX’s high-quality, feature-rich digital voice platform allows cable providers to launch private-labeled digital phone services quickly and inexpensively,” said Bill Burbank, CEO at DTNet Technologies. “The platform delivers all of the latest features that customers want, while giving cable providers the flexible back-end tools and automated systems required to effectively bill and support a voice offering. VOX VoIP Services provide a solid, easy-to-implement and comprehensive solution that fits nicely into our Enhanced Services lineup.”
