FDN Communications (Booth 805) demonstrates growing support of its agent program with the launch of its Select Partner online service portal.
With the initial phase complete, FDN plans to expand the portals capabilities in a three-phase process, which FDN plans to complete by Nov. 1.
Phase Two includes the addition of several elements designed to help agents more easily market FDNs products and services. Information on monthly product and service promotions, downloadable marketing collateral, area network maps and regular product updates will be available.
Phase Three of the Select Partner portal expansion features the addition of computerbased training modules focused on product knowledge and system training.
In addition to launching the Web portal, FDN is forming a support group for its Select Partners. The group will include account consultants focused on each agents individual market, giving each partner personalized support throughout the sales process.
