CTI Group (Booth 906), announced the newest product in its family of solutions, emPULSE. The product combines the features and benefits associated with traditional call-accounting systems with the convenience of Web application.
Released last month for purchase in the United States, emPULSE targets small businesses. However, CTI Group also reported traction in other arenas, such as providing managed call-accounting services for VoIP service providers and sales to large retail chains.
Upcoming features include user-management and security updates, user-specific interfaces, e-mail and Internet modules, rate-comparison functionality and CRM integration.
