Broadview Networks (Booth 801), a facilities-based integrated communications provider in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic states, announced the general availability of its hosted key system product, Broadspeed Office Suite. The VoIP solution is offered to SMBs throughout LATA 132 and will be extended to additional markets by years end.
New Broadspeed Office Suite enhancements include expanded monitor features (monitor call, monitor call silent, monitor phone), join/merge calls, multiple CLIDs, my phone page (enable/disable buttons via Web site), transfer direct to voice mail, and zero out of voice mail. New CPE includes Mitel 5224 IP telephones, programmable attendant consoles and conference units.
The hosted key system is available through Broadview Networks agent and VAR channels. The company actively is recruiting new agents and VARs to represent the product, along with its full suite of voice, data, Internet and other hardware-based products. Broadview Networks recently added a dedicated data sales manager to the agent channel to support its growing line of data and Internet products, including Broadspeed Office Suite.
