Equipment-maker TalkSwitch has named support services firm DecisionOne a certified installer of its TalkSwitch line of IP/PSTN hybrid PBXs, TalkSwitch announced Wednesday. As a certified installer, DecisionOne will work with authorized TalkSwitch resellers to provide installation and technical assistance to TalkSwitch customers in Canada and the United States.
DecisionOne will assist TalkSwitch customers with equipment installation and technical troubleshooting using its Desktop to Dialtone service when TalkSwitch resellers are unable to do so.
DecisionOnes Desktop to Dialtone offering is a portfolio of nationwide technical support services for VoIP OEMs, service providers and value-added resellers that provides immediate national support services infrastructure for companies looking to augment or enhance their service capabilities. Desktop to Dialtone service spans the VoIP life cycle to include network assessment, logistics, deployment, technical service desk and maintenance.
TalkSwitchs voice solutions are designed for small and multilocation businesses with up to 32 telephone users per office. The telephone systems, which start at $695, come with multilevel auto attendants, call cascade options, voice mail and more.
