Viola Networks Inc., a provider of VoIP management solutions, Tuesday announced its integrated VoIP assessment and monitoring suite NetAlly Lifecycle Manager will support Avaya Communications Manager as well as Cisco CallManager, Cisco Voice Gateway and Mitel Enterprise Manager.
NetAlly Lifecycle Manager allows resellers to provide a solution that manages VoIP assessment, deployment, network monitoring and network optimization. It simulates VoIP traffic levels over an existing network to measure call quality, determine the maximum call volume and analyze the infrastructure to suggest configuration and network changes prior to deployment. It also supports global deployment from a central site and allows resellers to choose the IP PBX that meets their location needs.
The suite can be managed remotely from any location and provides 100 percent coverage of VoIP networks down to the desktop. With an interactive dashboard to view aggregated passive data, NetAlly enables tens of thousands of IP phones to be monitored.
