Competitive carrier association COMPTEL said on Tuesday it has hired Karen Reidy as its vice president of regulatory affairs.
Reidy replaces Jason Oxman, who left COMPTEL earlier this year for a position with another organization.
Reidy previously worked as counsel at MCI for nine years. She received her B.S from the University of Maryland and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Meanwhile, COMPTEL said it has promoted longtime counsel Jonathan to general counsel and Mary Albert to assistant general counsel. Lee joined COMPTEL in 1999 and most recently served as the associations senior vice president of regulatory affairs. Albert joined COMPTEL in 2004 as vice president of regulatory policy.
