Hosted VoIP provider AccessLine Communications on Wednesday launched the retail version of its SmartVoice offering in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
As part of the rollout, AccessLine has named solutions provider IDeACOM Integrated Technologies Inc. an authorized dealer. IDeACOM serves all New England markets.
AccessLines SmartVoice Service targets SMBs by combining local, long-distance and toll-free phone service; it does not require users to buy additional phone equipment.
“With SmartVoice Service, the voice traffic travels over a separate, dedicated broadband circuit to ensure top quality; a company can keep its e-mail and Web providers, yet immediately start saving as much as 50 percent off its current legacy phone bills, said Kent Hellebust, chief marketing officer for AccessLine.
