The Conference Group (Booth 1518) this week is introducing its conferencing platform that is available for carriers to private-label. The privately owned company is an active player in the indirect agent channel, and now brings its wholesale Web, audio and video conferencing services to competitive carriers.
The rebrandable conferencing platform includes a real-time account provisioning system, which allows end users to obtain passcodes instantly, any time of day, online. The program also provides after-call summaries, which are e-mailed to conference leaders following each call; and a customer Web portal that lets users view and control their conferences from branded Web sites. Users also can show Microsoft PowerPoint slides on Web conferences and share desktop applications.
On the audio conference side, features include reservationless conferencing and operator-assisted services. Pricing is based on per-minute and subscription models.
We are excited to bring our conferencing expertise to the COMPTEL audience, said Greg Plum, The Conference Groups alternate channel manager. Our wholesale clients have to be confident in our service confident enough to put their name on it.
Channel partners should be ready to capitalize on Chromebooks’ move into the enterprise market. dlvr.it/RL9T3L
