Sandy Beaches Software (Booth 1322) latest version of the InTELEbill billing and customer care software enhances clients ability to preview invoices prior to printing. The need for a WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) application occurred due to the recent programming overhaul of the InTELEbill invoice, commented Sandy Beaches President Jeff Lytle. Many areas of the end-users bill were affected including: the layout, font style, headers, remittance page backers and marketing messages. InTELEbill allows so much customization to individual invoices on the fly; we believe customers need to be able to easily double-check their changes prior to printing. We hope clients use this feature as an additional quality control tool, remarked Lytle.
The InTELEbill system allows clients to mix prepaid customers with post-paid, business with residential, e-mailed with direct; to have multiple logos and multiple remit addresses; and to create marketing messages based on customized criteria all within the same billing cycle.
SBS clients now have the ability to preview critical information on an invoice prior to their customers receiving it. We have added the ability to view and print the first page of any invoice prior to printing. Logos, marketing messages, past due messages, remit information and bill backers can be printed out, reviewed, and edited prior to printing, said Lytle. SBS also performs random bill audits during printing as part of its service.
SBS is able to provide clients a lot of flexibility on each individual invoice because we print the bills and do not outsource printing to another vendor. Our clients data and bill images are centrally located in one feature-rich system, he said.
