OSG Billing Services (Booth 1215) today announced a three-year agreement to continue managing invoice presentment and distribution services for TelePacific Communications, a leading telecommunications service provider to business clients.
OSG Billing Services began providing invoice consultation along with a print-and-mail solution to TelePacific in 2002, and since that time, the provider has expanded the business through aggressive sales channels as well as some major acquisitions.
Along with its bold business approach, TelePacific prides itself on customer satisfaction. The company boasts a 93 percent resolution rate on the first call for all calls into customer care. Some of this success can be attributed to the OSG View product, a customer service tool that allows the CSR to view an exact replica of the invoice, offering instant customer feedback to resolve billing issues.
In addition, the leading telecommunications provider now has added the OSG Dynamic Messaging feature to its invoice, which will allow the company to communicate better with customers and generate additional revenue through targeted marketing programs.
