The Conference Group (Booth 321) rolled out a new Streamlined Provisioning Process that will put provisioning control in the hands of its agents.
In the past few years, we have continued to add to our family of online tools to assist our agents with building their revenue through a comprehensive conferencing program, said Greg Plum, the Conference Groups alternate channel manager. This year, we are taking it one step further.
Previously, the Conference Group introduced a Real-time Account Provisioning system, which allows end users to obtain conferencing passcodes 24 hours per day via an online application, and its Agent Resource Center (ARC), an online portal providing tools to help agents promote conferencing to their clients.
The Conference Groups new Streamlined Provisioning eliminates manual forms for account setup.
We are going in the other direction empowering our agents to provide conferencing passcodes to their clients as needed, said Plum.
With the new process in place, augmented by personalized agent support, Plum said he anticipates significant and continued growth in the Conference Groups agent program in 2006.
