OPEX Communications (Booths 507-509) announced today that it is partnering with CommPartners Inc. (Booth 107) to expand its OPEX Internet Voice suite of VoIP products for the small and medium business market.
Under the agreement, OPEX will offer CommPartnersVoIP services through OPEXs dedicated broadband service or through an existing customer-provided high-speed broadband Internet connection. OPEX will provide customer service and will include data and voice services on one bill.
The OPEX decision to partner with CommPartners will enable them to utilize our network infrastructure, technology and feature-rich suite of applications to stay ahead of the competition in todays dynamic telecom marketplace, said Dave Clark, president and CEO of CommPartners.
OPEX Internet Voice products now include a hosted PBX offering for complete replacement of traditional PBX/key systems as well as partial and complete trunk replacement options that integrate with existing PBX/key systems. According to the companies, these OPEX products will provide SMBs with a means to capitalize on their existing broadband connections, lower their hardware and administrative costs by shutting down existing high-cost voice networks, and pave the way to a greater array of new applications and business processes.
