Raats, owner of Great American Title; Chris Pallen, branch vice president at Business Bank of Nevada; Samuel Tamura, director of information technology, ScripNet; Debra Sargent, telecom manager, Barbary Coast Hotel & Casino; Lauren Dean, Director of Communication Services, University of Nevada, Las Vegas; and Kimberly Ball, telecommunications manager at South Coast Hotel & Casino, will have the opportunity to share their impressions and concerns regarding telecom services and working with channel partners.

This session is about end users talking back to the vendors and telling the vendors what do they like … and what they dont like, said panelist Scott Levy, director of channel sales at Telecom Solution Center Inc., an outfit that helps educate and provide tools for end users to get the most out of there telecom services and providers. How would they make things better? How would they like to see the channel partners deal with them better? … What are their frustrations?

Levy said, Our hope is that the channel partners can take from this session a better understanding of the pains and frustrations that end users have day to day and how better to deal with that group going forward.
