This session is about end users talking back to the vendors and telling the vendors what do they like … and what they dont like, said panelist Scott Levy, director of channel sales at Telecom Solution Center Inc., an outfit that helps educate and provide tools for end users to get the most out of there telecom services and providers. How would they make things better? How would they like to see the channel partners deal with them better? … What are their frustrations?
