XO Communications Inc. (Booths 408-410) today announced a new channel partner program with improved benefits and support for partners who sell XOs data, Internet and voice services.
The provider is rolling out a new program that offers installation guarantees, a national XO partner team, a new commission structure, and new marketing and sales tools. The new program is made up of tiers that match levels of benefits and support to the amount of revenue and actual sales of XO products and services.
This is a new deal for our partners that are focused on developing a strong relationship with XO, said Jim Delis, president of XOs Indirect Channel. Our commitment is to make it easier and more rewarding to do business with XO. We are offering more support and tools as well as increased incentives and rewards, which make this new program a win-win for both XO and our partners.
As part of the new program, XO has redesigned its benefits and commission programs. The new commission plan will be based on pay-for-performance, offering partners a combination of commissions paid on installation, monthly revenue and the potential for an annual performance bonus based on total annual sales.
With each tier, XO also is providing increased levels of support.
Demonstrating its commitment to its partners, XO said it is offering new service delivery commitments and enhanced sales support and tools with the program. XO will provide certified partners guarantees on service installation dates and order quality. If XO fails to meet these guarantees, it will provide credits to its partners. XO also has established a national team that helps partners with account planning, service delivery and support.
XO partners will continue to have access to ChanneLink, XOs online partner extranet.
