VoIP provider Voilà IP Communications (Booth 115) today announced it has launched its Agent Partner Program.
Voilà IP is the sponsor of Charles Barkleys keynote address, taking place today from 1:15-2 p.m.
The company has implemented a three-tiered agent program that promises aggressive commissions and heightened service levels, depending on an agents participation level.
The development of our agent program is the direct result of the number of viable programs, or lack thereof, that are available to channel partners in todays market, said Zane Russell, president and CEO of Voilà IP. Voilà IP believes that when we provide profitable communications services with industry-leading enhanced applications, fair commissions, operational tools and a company culture based on treating agent partners like we want to be treated, Voilà IP will be viewed as the premier choice for agents in the market.
Partners will receive online tools to provision and manage order flows from beginning to end. Voilà IP said this will help partners maintain success and help them build profitable businesses with next-generation technology.
The online tools include Voilà IPs service provisioning and customer management Web portal, which is powered by Atreus Systems, a supplier of VoIP and advanced IP service activation software.
Voilà IP uses BroadSoft Inc.s hosted PBX and business trunking VoIP applications, as well. Because of the suppliers with whom it has partnered, Voilà IP said agents will be able to sell products designed specifically for SMBs, and realize superior time-to-revenue because of its partnerships.
We are bundling traditional communications services via untraditional methods through advanced service packages, said Scot Oslund, vice president of wholesale and agent channels. Its not as much about the technology as it is just simply offering products that can be effectively delivered ubiquitously without sacrificing margin.
Agents in the channel program also will take part in Voilà IPs advanced training curriculum held at the companys headquarters in Houston that will be complemented by regularly scheduled interactive Web seminars.
