InterCall (Booth 814), a subsidiary of West Corp., has been ranked the largest overall conferencing service provider in North America by Wainhouse Research in its recent North American Collaboration Services Market 2005 report.
The ranking is based on revenue from the combined sales of audio, Web and video conferencing services.
InterCall revenue has been boosted by the combined acquisitions of ECI Conference Call Services LLC, Sprints conferencing business and ConferenceCall.com.
InterCall is the largest service provider worldwide specializing in conference communication. Founded in 1991, InterCall provides audio, event, Web and video conferencing systems. The company has more than 350 meeting consultants and employs more than 1,500 operators, customer service representatives, call supervisors, accounting, marketing and IT professionals. InterCalls presence in the United States includes four call centers and 26 sales offices, with services in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and India.
