Intelliverse Launches Hosted VoIP Services for CLECs and VARs

Intelliverse (Booth 206), the new name for the combination of Voicecom Telecommunications LLC and iNuntius Inc., has announced its new company name along with a new service, Talking Planet, a private-label VoIP service for CLECs, hosting companies and other communication VARs.

Intelliverse was formed from the combination of Voicecom Telecommunications LLC, a 20-year veteran of the telecommunications industry providing IVR products for the business-to-business market and iNuntius Inc., a developer of SIP VoIP and unified communication software.

iNuntius provides a package that includes an analog terminal adaptor (ATA) by Belkin Corp. and IP phones.

Voicecom acquired iNuntius in November 2005, and the combined entity has been working to integrate the technologies and operations of the two companies to bring its new VoIP services to market.

Talking Planet is Intelliverses first offering, a comprehensive Internet phone service that combines IP communication technology with unified communication features. Talking Planet offers unlimited local and long-distance calling, as well as a feature package that includes caller ID, call waiting, three-way calling, E911, video calling, unified inbox, follow-me and voice-activated dialing. For SMBs, Intelliverse Talking Planet Business provides IP Centrex functionality, such as auto attendant, call transfer and conference bridging regardless of geographical location.
