In order to provide the lowest-price solution, American Telesis has created an automated database designed to find the most competitive circuit routing. It then searches for the best rates available for that route. When the American Telesis network does not allow for the lowest rate, its software helps look at more than 250 local and IXC providers to help guarantee the best solution at the best price.
In addition, American Telesis says its Enhanced Agent Training is designed to help agents not only sell private lines, but also develop the networking solutions clients require to meet the demands of their businesses.
Qualifying questions and different sales approaches, including consultative selling techniques are covered in the training.

Additionally, the maintenance organization added Anderson Ford to the team as senior network control engineer. His telecommunications technical skills were developed in the Marine Corps for eight years, and then strengthened at MCI testing FAA circuits. After five years there, he decided to make a change and gain additional experience installing servers, routers and networks.
