Accudata Technologies (Booth 1622) is announcing the availability of WebQuery, which offers customers real-time, online access to LIDB, CNAM, BNA information for low-volume, customer support type functions.
Additionally WebQuery allows near real-time LIDB/CNAM updates to information stored in Accudatas database for such applications as telemarketing. The industry standard is about 30 days, says Gregory Smith, president and CEO of Accudata Technologies. We take 20 minutes, maximum.
He explains the capability enables outbound telemarketers to display the name of the client on Caller ID even if the client changes from day to day. To meet federal Caller ID display guidelines, the telemarketer must either display its own name or the name of the entity for which it is conducting a campaign. Telemarketers prefer to have the client name displayed, Smith says.
