VoIP services provider VoIP Inc. has interconnected its VoiceOne network with Stealth Communications’ Voice Peering Fabric, a peering network that allows members to exchange VoIP traffic without relying on the PSTN.
[A]ll members of Stealth’s network now have immediate access to VoiceOne’s v911 service nationwide, as well as all of our advanced broadband services, says Shawn Lewis, VoIP Inc.s CTO. This joining of forces further enhances and broadens the ability for service providers to offer critical services to their customers.
Stealth’s VPF is a distributed Ethernet network that functions as an exchange or meet-point for VoIP traffic by allowing enterprises and service providers to establish peer-to-peer connections in a secure environment.
