ILD Invests $4M in BPO

To realize its vision of becoming a premier outsourcing operation, ILD (Booth 415) recently spent in excess of $4 million on the development and launch of its customizable Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) application to address the growing outsourced needs of the communications market.


ILDs TeleMaster provides outsourced customers with a simple solution, easily capable of integration with existing support and reporting systems, and with the data integrity and security systems required in an outsourced environment. The application is used in ILDs U.S-based call centers and delivers a new variety of IP-enabled applications, some of which include seamless call transfer, customer service management, directory assistance, and an array of live local and long-distance operator services.
